OUR WHY
Just as Fellowship Bible Church is committed to belonging to God and to one another to advance Christ's glory in the world, Fellowship Kids exists to help kids and families meet, know and follow Jesus. We want to help kids take ownership of their faith & parents take ownership of their kids discipleship.
NURSERY (6m-4yo)
Bring your 6m-4yo little one to our nursery team before the service starts. We will look after and love your little one with the love of Jesus as we play together and hear a story from the Jesus Storybook.
5YO-4th Grade
After our corporate singing, we will dismiss children ages 5 to 5th grade downstairs to Fellowship Kids. They will engage in a song of worship on their own, go through a biblical lesson and typically make a craft to drive that truth home. Just don't forget to pick them up after the service is finished.

Ask: "Who is in charge at home?" Explain that because God created everything, He is in charge of everything.

2) We Sinned
Ask: "Have you ever done something wrong?" Tell kids that everyone sins or disobeys God. Our sin separated us from God.

3) God Provided
Explain that God is holy and must punish sin. God sent his Son, Jesus, to take the punishment we deserve.

4) Jesus Gives
Ask: "What is the best gift you've ever received?" Say that Jesus took our punishment for sin by giving His life, and He give us His righteousness. God sees us as if we lived the perfect life Jesus lived. Best gift ever!

5) We Respond
Explain that everyone has a choice to make. Ask: "Will you trust Jesus as your Savior and Lord? You can turn away from self and sin and turn to Jesus."

We are for Family
We desire to actively partner with parents in nurturing the spiritual development of each child. As easy as it is to just "drop off" your kids, Parents are their kids primary disciple makers. We encourage parents to actively participate in the church family and with their children.
Sunday Mornings
We like to have families worship together on Sunday mornings. After our songs, kids will be dismissed and led downstairs for Kids Church. Feel free to have your kids stay with you if your family prefers. NURSERY is available before our service begins.
Parent Commissioning
Many know this as a "baby dedication." We believe that parents are the most important and impactful disciple makers to their kids lives. So we want to honor and recognize parents commitment to raising them to know Jesus! Email Jessie@thisisfellowship.com if you would like to be commissioned!
Life Groups
Being in fellowship with other families is something we find extremely valuable! We have groups that meet up w/ young moms and dads as well as empty-nesters that we want to connect you with! What a joy it is to be surrounded by people who can help carry similar burdens we face.

Learning is important for kids AND parents! We are continuously striving to find more Gospel-centered resources to help teach us how to shepherd our kids like Jesus shepherds us and ways we can help our kids to grow to have a deep and personal relationship with Jesus! See below for more!
