What is SEND ME.?
SEND ME is a one-day conference put together by several local churches in the Metro Detroit area for people asking an important question: “God, what do You want me to do with my life?”
Maybe you're already serving in your church. Maybe you've wondered about becoming a pastor, missionary, church planter, or ministry leader. Or maybe you simply want to be open to wherever God might lead you.
SEND ME gives you a day to listen, learn, ask questions, and explore what a life of ministry could look like for you.
You don't need to arrive having your future figure out. Come ready to consider how He has gifted you, where He may be leading you, and what your next faithful step could be.
“Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, ‘Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?’ And I said, ‘Here am I. Send me!’” — Isaiah 6:8

Frank Gil
Church Planting/Pastoring
Frank Gil is a pastor, church planter, and speaker who loves helping people understand the Bible and see how it actually meets them in ordinary life. He has served in local church ministry since 2006, spending fourteen years as a youth pastor before stepping into roles as a campus pastor and teaching pastor, seasons that shaped his conviction and love for the local church.
God pressed on Frank's heart to plant a church and that calling eventually moved him and his family back to his hometown in Tampa, Florida to plant Cross & Crown Church on September 13, 2026. Frank has a masters degree in pastoral ministry from Carolina University.
He and his wife, Corinne, live in Tampa with their two dogs, Moby and Charlie. Frank unapologetically love all things Disney and Marvel.

Danny Parmelee
Commissioning Charge
Danny Parmelee is President of Converge MSC and has spent his life helping leaders step into God’s call. He surrendered his life to Christ in college, where he also became involved in overseas missions, experiences that shaped his heart for ministry and the global Church. He planted and led a multi-site, multi-ethnic church in Milwaukee that grew from a living room to thousands across multiple campuses.
Today, one of his greatest joys is helping people discern their calling and take practical, faith-filled steps toward the life and ministry God has for them.

Hey Pastors & Church Leaders!
Who in your church do you see something in?
Think about the young people who are already serving, showing leadership, asking good questions, or wondering how God might use their lives. Don't just send them a link. Personally invite them—and come with them.
During SEND ME, pastors and leaders will have a special breakout focused on practical ways to identify, encourage, and develop future ministry leaders within the local church.
